The firm successfully represented and delivered a win for a multibillion dollar leading overland road transport service provider with an extensive footprint across East Africa and Central Africa against Kenya Revenue Authority wrongful classification of its Specific Purpose Vehicles' imports as transport Vehicles and demanding Kshs. 32.M in duties.
The firm delivered yet another groundbreaking Arbitral Award by successfully representing yet another transport Company against East Africa's leading cement producer in a Kshs. 306M breach of contract claim.
