Biography

Mr. Aquino is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a deep passion for Constitutional Law, Human Rights, and Humanitarian Law. A skilled researcher and articulate debater, he continuously engages with emerging legal and jurisprudential developments both locally and internationally.

His energy and intellectual rigor have been instrumental in advancing the firm's success in constitutional and human rights–based litigation. Beyond private practice, Mr. Aquino currently serves as a Programs Officer at the Network of African National Human Rights Institutions (NANHRI) — a regional organization uniting 46 national human rights institutions across Africa.

Through his role at NANHRI, he contributes to capacity building, regional cooperation, and policy development, further strengthening his perspective on governance, rights protection, and institutional accountability. His growing profile and leadership potential continue to distinguish him as a promising advocate and emerging thought leader in constitutional and human rights practice.
